It’s Tweetup time! Once again, we will be hosting our Tweetup (Happy Hour) by Zoom and, in order to support local businesses, we will be holding it on a Wednesday instead of a Tuesday.
Our next Tweetup will be held on Wednesday October 28th from 6pm – 8pm on Zoom. You do not need to have a Zoom account to participate. Just click on the link below and follow some simple instructions. This month we will be supporting LoRusso’s Cucina, so please call them at 314-647-6222 with your order. As you may know, LoRusso’s is a big supporter of our neighborhood and of our LPNA events. Rich LoRusso is currently experiencing some very serious health issues and one way for us, his neighbors, to help him, is to support his restaurant. Even if you’re not planning on joining us for the Tweetup, please consider supporting his restaurant.
What is a Tweetup? It’s an opportunity for you to meet up with new neighbors, support a local restaurant/bar and ask any questions you may have about local issues. It is not a political forum, there is no agenda, it’s just a happy hour. In normal times, we meet up at a local restaurant or bar, eat and have a few drinks (no, they do not have to be alcoholic) and chill out with some friendly folk. Through the rest of this year (at least) we will be hosting Tweetups on Zoom, but you are welcome to dine in at the restaurants we’re spotlighting and maybe log in from there to join us.
