City of St. Louis ADA Transition Plan – Attention Requested

The City of St. Louis is in the process of updating their Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan.  The ADA Transition Plan is a planning document required with the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 that will guide the City in increasing accessibility throughout the programs, services and activity offered.  A short survey has been prepared to gather information on how residents access the programs, services and activities throughout the City as well as providing an opportunity to identify barriers to access throughout the City.  The survey can be found at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/stladasurvey.  If you would like the survey in an alternative format please contact the Office on the Disabled at Phone:  (314) 622-3686 or TTY Phone:  (314) 622-3693 or at https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/human-services/disabled-office/.
