A group of organizations has come together to form a plan to revitalize downtown St. Louis with redevelopment of the Archgrounds, Interstate 70, and the Old Courthouse properties.
The new plan will connect downtown with the riverfront in a more cohesive and encompassing way.
Construction has already begun. Between now and the opening of the final project, highways may be closed downtown and there may be disruptions to some downtown activities and transportation. Keep an eye on the news for more details.
