QuikTrip has proposed a new gas station to be built at the corner of Arsenal & Jamieson (the old Binder building). As part of the process there will be another community meeting with the QT team to be held on Wednesday, April 22nd at 6pm at Watson Terrace Christian Church (4205 Watson Rd.) in the sanctuary. That means no stairs!
The amended proposal removes the previously shown diesel bays and adds a car wash. The majority of the feedback relates to traffic concerns, so if you have questions or other concerns to raise, please come to the meeting prepared.
The proposed site of the new gas station is not in the Lindenwood Park neighborhood, but falls in Ellendale. The meeting is open to all concerned from the neighboring communities of Lindenwood Park, Ellendale and Clifton Heights.
