What is a Tweetup? I’m so glad you asked – it’s a neighborhood happy hour with no hidden agenda. Join us for 15 minutes, or stay the entire time. If you’ve never been to a Tweetup or are new to the neighborhood this is a great way to meet some new people or catch up with old friends.
Snax has a fun Tuesday special – it’s $2 Taco Tuesday – yes you read that right, $2! They usually have a traditional taco, a vegetarian taco and a WTF (whacky taco filling) taco. Order 1 or as many as you like. They have a large beer and wine menu too. Of course you don’t have to drink to join us. There are plenty of soft drinks available too.
Tweetup’s are an event that the Lindenwood Park Neighborhood Association organizes every month (except December) for our neighborhood in order to help people get to know each other. We meet at a different restaurant each month and you get the chance to try out a restaurant you’ve never been to before or revisit an old favorite. Tuesday nights are typically quieter for the restaurants so they are better able to serve our sometimes larger crowd.
