Dear Lindenwood Park Resident:
A developer is interested in converting the former Immanuel Congregational Church at 3456 Jamieson into market rate apartments. He and his development Team presented their plans to the Lindenwood Park Neighborhood Association Board of Directors on August 16, 2014. The Board provided initial support for the development plan with certain conditions. The Neighborhood Association along with Alderman Joe Vaccaro are seeking additional input to the plan from the neighbors who live in the immediate vicinity of the property. A Town Hall Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 27 at 7pm in the gym at Timothy Lutheran Church* so the development team can present their plan and hear resident questions and feedback. Please plan to attend.
