Board members from the Ellendale, Lindenwood Park and Clifton Heights neighborhood associations have had several meetings with representatives from QuikTrip concerning development of the SE corner of Jamieson & Arsenal (Ring Binder building).
There will be an open house sponsored by QuikTrip on Saturday January 18, 3pm to 6pm in Epiphany’s Gym, 3164 Ivanhoe, in the same building as Epiphany Lanes.
Quiktrip will be presenting plans and answering questions from residents concerning the development proposal. NO DECISION has been made by the neighborhood associations or Alderman Narayan for approval.
