Lindenwood Park Neighborhood Association
Board of Directors Meeting
Saturday, February 15 at Machacek Library

Present: Pat Acquisto, Sara Davis, John Harris, Milton Murry, Lisa Roggeman, Adam Rustige, Jenna Stout, Emily Yale
Apologies: Karen Clifford, Bret Narayan, Tim Nowell, Greg Roggeman, Greg Todd
Guest: Sara Mohamed

A motion was made to approve the Minutes from January 21, by John Harris, and seconded by Sara Davis.

The Board was joined by Sara Mohamed, a Lindenwood Park resident. Sara M. expressed interest in building a social network for parents of young children in the neighborhood and utilizing the Park as a gathering spot. Emily and Pat noted that the formation of a LPNA committee could be a good starting point for planning and support. Sara M. will look into joining the LPNA, a perquisite for serving on a committee. Adam invited Sara M. to give a progress report either in-person or via email for the April Board meeting.

Since Carol Hofer has stepped down from the Board, a motion was made by Lisa Roggeman, and seconded by Emily Yale, to add Adam Rustige and Pat Acquisto as signers on the Lindenwood Park Neighborhood Association (LPNA) account and remove Carol Hofer from the account. All Board members were in accordance with this.
