The 23rd Ward undergoes house to house inspections as part of being a Housing Conservation District. Letters are sent to residents who need to make repairs to their homes. Letters state how long the owner has to make the needed repairs. If an owner needs more time to complete the repairs, they can contact the inspector listed on the letter as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
Inspections are conducted ward-wide periodically to ensure the consistency, safety, and maintenance of homes in our area.
Inspectors for the Lindenwood Neighborhood can be reached between 8:30-9:30a.m., Monday-Friday, at (314) 622-4671.
If a home near you needs repair or appears to be violating building codes, you can call the Citizens Service Bureau: (314) 622-4600.
