Due to Thanksgiving being the 4th week of the month when we usually hold our Tweetups, we decided to move our last Tweetup of the year to Tuesday December 1st, from 6pm – 8pm via Zoom. Our restaurant of choice will be Edibles & Essentials.
Edibles & Essentials have been in operation for a little over 5 years and they have tremendously supported our neighborhood and our events. We, in turn, would ask that you consider supporting all our local restaurants to help keep them in business. Edibles & Essentials has a great and safe COVID policy. Their shelves are stocked with provisions, the deli coolers are packed with food and the full menu is available for carry-out. The beer fridge is stocked, and they are offering plenty of wine options and batching cocktails to take home and enjoy. All on-line and call-in orders will be left on top of the deli refrigerators just inside the front door just beyond the hand sanitizing station. As always, our Tweetups are open to everyone. Tweetups are just a happy hour where you will get to meet people from the neighborhood, make new friends, chat with our Alderman and Neighborhood Improvement Specialist when they’re available to join us. You can stay the whole time or just pop in to say hi. There is no agenda and it’s just a social get together. Hope to see you there!
