What is SLACO? St. Louis Association of Community Organizations (SLACO) is a 36 year old umbrella organization for the neighborhood associations in the metropolitan area. Its purpose is to help its member associations achieve excellent results. We are hosting the forum because we want residents to be able to evaluate the conversation and debate about our government structure for themselves. www.slaco-mo.org. 314-361-9406
